city you want to go?
It's your personal choice about the city you want to go for
your study. You can consider some elements while thinking about the city.
Consider the part-time job opportunity and international students community of
the city while choosing the city of Sweden. Consider living expenses of the
city while choosing as well. Don't worry about transportation in Sweden. Almost
every city is connected with trains and busses you will have busses and other
transportation systems in every city.

University You should choose to apply?
While choosing the University you can choose universities of
bigger city and the universities which has good reputation for international

Program you should choose?
While choosing the program you need to take some fact into

When is the
right time to apply for admission at Swedish University?
Well,
Swedish University has 2 intakes basically for international students. One is
Autumn- September, other one is Spring- January intake. But the main intake/
session/ semester is Autumn- September intake. Most of the University accept or
open for admission on Autumn semester. And on the other hand not every
University offers many programs for Spring semester. So it's better to go for
Autumn semester. You will have many opportunities and openings for universities
and subjects on Autumn intake.
When the
application process starts for admission in Swedish University?
As the admission application process is centralized in
Sweden, all the process starts and ends on a selected date. For Autumn intake,
the application portal opens on 15th October of every year. Suppose you want to
apply for upcoming Autumn-2025, so the application portal will open on 15th
October 2024. And the application portal will close on 15th January 2025 for
Autumn intake. For Spring intake- the application portal opens on 3rd June and
end on 15th August. Suppose you want to apply for.
Spring-2026,
the application portal will open on 3rd June 2025 and it will close on 15th

When you
have to submit the required documents?
There is a deadline for your required documents
submission. You have to submit all your
required documents by 3rd February for Autumn intake. For Spring intake, you
have to submit the documents by 2nd September.
When you
have to pay the application fee?
You don't have to pay right away while applying for
universities. You can first finish your application process and then you have
to pay for the application. There is a deadline for the application fee
payments of each intake. You can pay by 3rd February for Autumn intake. And you
have to pay by 2 September for Spring intake. You cannot pay the fee after
these deadlines. Your application will not be considered if you don't pay the
application fee by these time.
When the
admission results will publish?
Also there is a selected date for admission results. The
admission results for Autumn intake will publish on 23rd March for Masters and
3rd April for Bachelors program. For Spring intake- the results will publish on
18th October for Masters and 3rd October for Bachelors program.

How to
apply for Swedish University?
1st: Collect
all the required documents for higher studies in Sweden. And wait for the
application portal to open for your desire intake.
2nd: Create a
profile on this application portal here . You can
create this account anytime you want to. Just follow the instructions and
create a new account in that portal.

3rd:
Search for your desire subjects and program on that portal. You can filter the
search with your desire choices. Then select the program or you can mark them as
favorite to see them for the next time as saved programs.

4th: When the
portal opens for application, select your desire subjects and program to apply.
5th: Then go
forward with your selected subjects and programs. You can see all your selected
programs in the My Selection section of that portal. Click on My Selection, it
will take you to your selected subjects or programs page. Then check your
selected programs and click on apply now on the bottom of that page of your
application. Then submit the application.

6th: After
submitting your application you can change the rank or order of your selected
programs. Rank the one on 1st which you want to be as your first choice. Then
rank the other programs according to your choice. And submit.
7th: Then you
have to upload your passport or any identification document on the document
section. Passport is preferred. Then you have to upload the required documents
for your selected university programs. You have to upload the documents before
the deadline. You need to upload all scan copy of your original documents as a
pdf. soft copy in the application portal.
8th: It's an
important phase of your application. It's about the documents you have to send
by mail or postal to universityadmission.se. You have to send your academic
transcript (Attested scan copy) directly to Sweden by mail from your previous
institutions.
9th: Then you
have to pay your application fee before the deadline. So your application will
go forward and in process or review.
10th: Check your
portals messages option in my page regularly as well as your given email inbox
and spam folder. If the universities require any more documents, just upload or
send it to the University as they will ask you to do so.

How to pay
and how much you have to pay for your application?
You have to pay 900 SEK for your application fee. You can pay
with your Credit/Debit card which is allowed to make international payments.
You can also pay by other online payment system that is mention in the
application portal that supports from your country. Make sure you pay before
the payment deadline ends. If you open up a second application then you have to
pay again for that.
How Many
Universities You can apply?
You can apply up to 4 universities in each application. If
you choose more than 4 universities the application will split and divide into
2 applications. In each application only 4 universities can be selected.
How many
subjects or Programs You can Apply?
You can apply as many subjects you want to. If you match or
fulfill the entry requirements of the program, you are good to go for that.
Rank your top desire subject in 1st place to get the offer for that
program.
How to Send
the Transcript to University Admission Sweden?
For
Master’s program you have to send your academic transcript directly to Sweden.
You have to send an attested scan copy of your academic transcript in a sealed
envelope from your previous university. You do not need to send your original
transcript. Just make a scan copy from your original academic transcript and
get it attested and in a sealed envelope from your Bachelor University’s exam
controller office or from register office. Go there with original and scan copy
of your certificate and academic transcript, they will give it to you in a
sealed envelope with attestation. And ask them to add the address of
universityadmission.se on the envelope as a receiver. The address where you
